i assume this goes in the training board but that is only 1/10 as fast as this one.
my resting heart rate is 95. i want to bring it down to about 80. would high intensity aerobics for 25 minutes 3x a week be the best way to do that.
websites say my maximum should be 198 & my target rate is120-160. but the average 22 year old has a resting heart rate of 75 or so. so should i lift my maximum up a bit? i was doing moderate intensity aerobics today and my bpm was 144, which according to health experts is near the top of my target level, but which is only a 50% increase of my resting heart rate.
