Im new to these forums so id just like to say hello all.....
Basically ive decided to start my first cycle and i was hoping for some help.Ive been weight training on and off since i was 16(never too serious tho),i am now 27 and would like to have a have a better body.
As i said im 27,6ft and 16st(over 200lbs i THINK),im about 20%BFperhaps alittle more.My diet isnt too bad,i eat alot of chicken and potatoes,most meats on a regular basis.Im reasonably fit(getting fitter),ive been weight- training 3 times a week for the last 5 weeks,plus i play rugby,so over all im in pritty good shape.
I dont have much definitionand, im a little loose around my chest,id like to cut up alot more and and maybe gain abit more size.I dont know what to start with,8weeks on sus ect........so any advice would be appreciated ,cheers
