Hey,
I'm looking for a little advice for my workout routine while on an anavar-only cycle.
I'm 23 years old, 6'2", currently at about 267 lbs with low to mid 20's bf%(Tanita scale tests around 25, Calipers test low 20's).
I started at 380 lbs, around 45%bf.

Here are the products i'm planning on starting in a week or so for a 6 week period.
  • 50mg Anavar ed
  • Forged Liver Support
  • CLA
  • Green Tea
  • DermaTherm Target
  • Allmax Muscle Prime (N.O.)
  • Muscle Asylum Creadex (Creatine & etc)
  • WPI
  • Glutamine
  • Flax Oil
  • Fish Oil
  • L-Carnitine
  • Multi
  • Vitamin C

My PCT will consist of Sustain Alpha.

Now, for the training im trying to figure out what I should do.
I'm thinking a 3 day split like this:
1a - Chest
2a - Delts
3a - Legs
1b - Back
2b - Biceps
3b - Triceps

On my day inbetween I'll do cardio and some weighted ab stuff.
I'll throw cardio in there on a couple of the other days too, does anyone have thoughts on how many days I should be doing cardio?
I would like to at least keep my lean mass if not gain.

Any thoughts would be great. :)

Mornin Cardio on an empty stomach after waking up 12 hrs from your last meal will do a hatchet job on BF!And you will be helthier also,elevevated metabolism,(fat burning thru out the day,)bigger lung capacity,more endurance.lower BP,You get the idea, Drugs are not the answer, after you have done your T-3 or whatever,you have not gained any knoledge about keeping a healthy lifestyle.

i pretty much can only do cardio first thing in the AM with nothing in my stomach, if i wait until later in the day, or before going to bed i feel a bit sluggish than if i did it in the morning with nothing in stomach.
