Advice....

Im looking to do a cycle, but arent exactly sure as of what to do. I posted in the platinum forum with no luck. It all comes down to this...Im 20 years old, 6'0, 165 pounds and a hard gainer for as long as I remember. My parents both work out and have had amazing results, my mom is around 6% and was a winner in a large local b-b competition, my father went from 32% to 8% and bulked up something amazing. They have strict diets and train with the best locals there are, I certainly cannot afford that and after busting my ass for the past 3 years and having no results, im pissed. I want to find something that can bulk me up to atleast 180 - 190 and give me some lean muscle. I work my arms, and chest all the time, yet never gain anything. My back never broadens no matter what I do. I have great strength, but no size. I want to bulk up my entire upper body. My friend said he was taking Animal Pac M I believe and has had great results, hes 5'9 185 and is big as hell, and is clean. He told me about something called Pink Panther yet I had no clue. I wanted to do a mass/strength stack that is reasonable in price. Can anyone offer me a program that can get me going on the right track? I would appreciate it.

How many cals a day do you eat?
 
By the end of the day ive got to be nearing atleast 3200. I can eat like a horse, and its good shit, salad, steak, chicken. And never gain a pound, its so discouraging. I have a 6 pack, but it means nothing when your so damn skinny. My lack of size is why I quit playing hockey, I started getting messed up thought I was nasty quick, go into the corners, broke fingers, collarbone, hand. Atleast if I had some muscle around my scrawny ass I could play physical contact sports without worrying about some 220 pound dude squashing me.

1. Your mom is not 6% bodyfat. You don't WANT your mom to be 6%.
2. Eat. Lots of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs.
3. Learn how to train. Working your arms and chest isn't training. There's other muscles too, ya know?
 
To hell she isnt, I wish I could have a comparable size to her, shes cut like no lady ive seen. Her back spread was the best in comp. All this by eatting egg whites, tuna, chicken, and taking whey. My dad had his stomach as a problem area and is taking clen for that.

I take 4 scoops of ON Instanized Protein 3 times a day = (26g x 4 scoops x 3 times) which equals 312 grams a day. I think thats enough. I take 4 caps of N'Gorge, and 2 of Adenergy.

I work out with a friend who is certified trainer. Hes pretty fuckin big and has busted his ass since sophmore year in high school which was 6 years ago. Ive havent seen a change in myself other than my stomach, before I had a spare, but after a month of 300 crunches a day, i was a little sore, but have never been chunky since.

My routine was 4 - 5 days a week:
Day 1: Bi's/Tri's
Day 2: Shoulders/Chest
Day 3: Lats/Back
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Bi's/Tri's
 
bro, if you are not gaining at 3200 cals, up it 500 for a couple weeks, even if you have to throw in some junk, there is a calorie point where even hard gainers like us gain, just gotta find it. I am at about 4400 cals now, and thats what i need to gain. and yes i cheat with meals i.e bk double cheese burgers :) a few times a week just to get those dense cals without eating any more chicken :sick:
 
Are you wanting to stay natural? I would stop working arms twice a week. Rest is just as important as lifting. give your body time to repair and grow.
 
This will sound all blah blah blah the first time you read it. So read it three times!

The diet RADAR posted will work better for you than any cycle you could run right now. Run that diet instead for 12 to 16 weeks. Start off with 5 meals, get aclimated to the types of foods you'll be eating. Next week add the sixth, then after that the seventh, etc.. If you havent gained a pound yet continue to pack more calories into the meals you are already consuming. Also pick one day a week, maybe a sunday where you eat like a normal person ("normal" foods whenever you feel like eating) That will help keep things interesting. You'll see what I mean

Once you have reached the calories required for some weight gain ride the diet out for about 10 more weeks, more if you feel like it. During this time frame assure you are gaining no more than 2-2.5 pounds a week. Adjust your cals down if need be. This will minimize the fat gained in the process.

Do this on and off a couple times then try it along with the sauce. (I have yet to try this with gear though)

You'll be surprised how well this works the first time... I was !
BTW it put 20lbs on me in three months, no lie.
