Hey, I'm really new to steroids and all, but I've been reading my ass of trying to figure all this stuff out...this board has been really really helkpful and i thank all you guys for the great info. Anyways, I'm thinking about trying a mild cycle, and was wondering what you advise. I've only been working out for 8 months, so I'm guessing most everyone is going to tell me to reach my own potential before i resort to gear, which I will probably do. But still, i'm 18 years old, 6'1", 170 lbs, don't have a clue as to bodyfat (I used to be kinda chunky but I lost alot). Well, I'm pretty weak, and I was wanting to add strength mainly and cut up...I'm not too interested in getting HUGE (Not that I could anyway) so I was thinkin maybe somethin easy like Primobolan or Anavar or something non-aromatizing so I don't have to worry about buying Clomid or whatever for gyno....also, I know it's against the rules about sources and all, but I have no way of acquiring these substances...I don't know any doctors who would prescribe them for me, so how do I get connected with real sources? Any help would be greatly appreciated...Oh yeah, what kind of diet should I follow if/when i get on the cycle? I currently eat about 150g of protein (give or take) a day, and prob. take in less than 2000 cal. a day. Well, thanks alot!
 
Hey bro, I would train naturally for a little longer. You have the right idea, Anavar at 40mg/Day for 8-10 weeks would be a great option to go with, awesome strength gains, it has shown in some studies to reduce abdominal fat with a clean diet, the only bad thing is it's cost. You have to stay around here and get to know the guys and eventually you will find what you are looking for. What your diet looks like depends on your body, some people can eat alot and not gain any fat while others have to watch what they eat as they put on fat easy. E-Mail me any time with any questions

Thats the first thing you gotta change! Double the protein (2x your bodyweight in grams is your goal), and eat, eat, eat! You don't even need to think about steroids if you are only eating that much. You will see alot of quality gains if you just up your calorie intake and protein intake as well. And when you stop gaining, start eating more. And when you stop gaining again, then think about picking up some gear!

Just be patient!

Okay, first of all, you are asking a lot of questions and they are all in one paragraph. Separate your thoughts so they are clearer to others to read.

Secondly, I could give a rat's ass about this 'wait for your genetic peak' crap I keep hearing. If I had the disposable income to have done this shit when I was in high school, I would've. Period. And from day fucking 1.

Thirdly, you are asking some very, very basic questions about diet and the like. And your diet sounds like shit. I suggest learning as much as you can about it from as many 'athletic' sources as possible. I have read up on diets for years and years and there is no way in hell I am going to write all of it down so you can misquote me and get it wrong anyways. Get to where you know it in your bones.

Gear choices and aromatization: well, this is a very limited subject, lol. Anyways, clomid is used mostly for getting your body to naturally produce test again. And if you take enough Primo (or anything else for that matter), you will more than likely benefit from clomid therapy.

If you can afford primo and anavar, you can sure as hell afford anti-estrogens. But, if you don't want to bother, then I suggest something like eq, deca, winny, low dose test. The best guy on this board (he actually prefers this to sex) for making up cycles is Mustang18. Ask for him by name.

And lastly, never ever NEVER openly ask for fucking sources. You said it yourself, you know better. This shows a bad attitude, and you will be rewarded for this by more than likely getting scammed or over-charged your first time.

Go back and edit your post where you are asking for a source. Just do it and quit your bitching.

And do some research. These questions can be answered in a day or so if you search and read. You might learn something.

I definatelty agree, but this kid is no where near his genetic potential. He Doesn't eat shit. Juice ain't gonna do shit unless he starts eating anyways. So why not start eating now, see how that goes, then hop on the bandwagon??

Makes sense to me, that's what I did!

I just reread my post and it sounds a tad harsh. I apologize, because I did not mean to come off like that, however the source part just kinda got to me.

Anyways, the main points I said I stand by, just not the tone.

Well, bdog, if he puts in some eq, by week 3 he shouldn't have to worry if he's eating enough or not, lol. :)

thanks for the info...the thing about my diet is that I was fat before, that was my reason for working out, I did a shitload of cardio and it's kinda hard to understand that I need to eat alot more than I have been for the past 8 months in order to achieve my goal...oh yeah, i apologize for the source thing, I wasn't asking for one, i was just asking if one day some guy is gonna come up and ask if I wanna buy some gear from him at my gym, or what? I live in a little town, and i seriously doubt anyone in my gym is even intelligent enough to acquire steroids to sell (I live in tennessee ya know...) But thanks for the food stuff, i'll start eating more...i love food anyways :)
 
another thing about eating duvide you food intake into 6 servings a day so you won't store the excess as fat. RADAR
