Newbie padawan

Hi all

Looking for real advice and help, I'm 6"4 13.5 stone
Been on precision power weight gain and muscle max shakes for 6. Months and now looking at doing a 4 week cycle of avadol to help gain some mass and keep it with upping my traing regime

Advice greatly appreciated

How long have you been training for.. also what age are you? 189lbs at 6'4 is very slim

I am a big believer that if you are trying to bulk or put on size.. that your workouts should be short, sweet, and to the point. Compounds lifts should be your main focus.. and lift heavy.

and what exactly is avadol? is that some companies name for anadrol?
 
My apologies it is anadrol diet is shake in the morning with fruit lunch is tuna pasta evening is again tuna pasta or chicken including shakes obviously before workouts
 
You need to eat a lot more than that.. a shake for breakfast will not cut it..

Anadrol will pack on lots of water weight but if your diet is shit you won't keep anything

Meant fruit and a shake for break fast, ok eating more is no problem.. Type of food ok?

Your breakfast should be oatmeal, with eggs and a shake..you can't replace food with shakes.. it doesn't work.. macros- carbs protein fats.. how much of each are you getting a day

you can eat chicken and rice for days.. but if you don't eat enough it won't do much for you.

there are three macros... protein, carbs, and fat. Macro breakdown would be how many grams you eat of these per day.
 
I eat very clean for the most part. Right now I am consuming around 3,000 calories a day to maintain my weight. Sometimes a little more.. sometimes a litte less because I cycle my carbs. Do you have any idea how much "clean" food is in 3,000 calories? It's a fuckin shit load. Now you already stated you have been slim your whole life.. if you want to put on size you might have to eat 5,000+ calories a day to reach your goal. Maybe more. Anadrol ain't the answer brah.
 
More advice please ... Have taken all advice and have achieved over 2stone in weight with a cycle of anadrol.... No side effects at all...... Advice on next step / cycle ? Products etc
 
I can't give advice on how to take steroids to someone who doesn't know basic nutrition terminology. Seriously man, get out of the anabolic steroid forum section and over to the diet section and start reading.
 
I can't believe you ran this cycle with no muscle base or knowledge of steroids or nutrition (or training for that matter).

U need to eat a lot more. U probly not even hitting 2000 cals with the food u listed. More protein and carbs. Especially in the morning and preworkout
