I am looking for some advice on my upcoming cycle. I have 4 cycles under my belt and am already pretty lean at 11% bf, but want to dip down into the single digits while adding upwards of 10 pounds. My diet is tight, workout/cardio is on point and pct is set. I plan on running primo and test prop together for a cutting cycle. My question is really twofold and focuses on length/dose. I have enough primo to run:
14 weeks @ 785mg/wk
16 @ 687mg/wk
Which would better support me in attaining my goals?
In respect to the test prop, I plan to take enough to where I don't shutdown, nor get much for sides. I was thinking 250mg/week since this compound should see a synergestic effect running with the primo.
I also have some winny that was given to me (enough for 4 weeks at the end of cycle), however; I am reluctant to take it because I experience some joint issues in my shoulder. My only question on this is, with primo being good for collagen synthesis, should it counteract the traditional aches/pain experienced from winny? If not, would dropping the dosage down to 25mg a day provide any benefit and not lend itself to 4 weeks of hell? I am not hell bent on taking the winny, just looking for any keen insight. Thank you.
