Advice wanted and needed for a newbie......

I'm an athletic 27 yr. old male that plays a TON of softball. I've recently started working out 3 times a week as I have recently come to the realization that I'm getting old and have to actually TRY to stay fit and in shape. I am 5'10" and weigh 181 pounds. I weighed 170 when I started working out, and got all the way up to 185, but have been at 181 for the last 2 weeks. My estimated BF is 7 or 8%. My diet is a half-hearted effort that consists of pretty much whatever. My goals are to get stronger, but remain flexible, enough to stay fast, and endure the many throws that come from playing softball. From talking to others that workout, and play softball I have most commonly been told to go with a cycle consisting of 20cc of winstrol, and 10cc of sustanon over a 6 week cylce.
Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Also a source is not a problem for ANYTHING!!!
Thanks.

I wouldn't touch anything. It would be a total waste. If you diet is not spot on you can still get gains naturally. If your routine is not serious you can still gain more naturally. Are you even taking in shakes etc?
Seems like you are jumping the gun here. Work out hard for a few years... supplement with protein, keep a proper diet to keep muscle. You will keep growing.
If you jump on stuff now it will be a waste of money...

You are at 8% BF and you eat whatever your want?????

Asshole...LOL

Go the natural route, you obviously have great genetics

Training and drugs mean nothing if diet is the shits.
Stick to training naturally while focusing heavily on diet. You will probably realize great results.

I think they're actually lucky genes. Tons of sporting activities for many years have kept me fit, but now I want to be strong along with being fit. My workouts are alot harder on me now since I work in the heat all day constantly walking, making for some good cardio.

What would be the best diet (as far as calorie/carb intake, or just eating "healthy"). I'm flat out ignorant when it comes to a good diet. Like I said previously, I've been lucky. I'm thinking my luck will be running out soon, and now I'm going to have to TRY to stay fit and be strong.

I'm obviously new to the board, and appreciate any helpful advice.

I agree with everyone else, don't jump onto the juice wagon just yet. If you're diet is half hearted you can improve that and probably still make gains for years. I would recommend it until you have trained and ate right for 5 or 6 years, basically until you are nearing your genetic ceiling. Then at that point you might need some "help", right now you don't. As far as giving you a detailed outline of diet, we can't do that without knowing a lot of details about you, genetics, diet, workout intensity, carb sensitivity, activity levels, meal frequency, genetic pre-disposition to hold bodyfat, etc. That said, eat clean, lean beef, chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, fish, all the greens you want, olive oil, natural PB, lowfat dairy, etc.
