Advice to the under-21 group

Most males continue their genetically pre-determined growth and development up to age 21 or so. Allow this to occur without interference. I have read no study that purports using AAS to enhance pre-determined genetics, but I have seen studies and failing "self-experiments" that indicate that aas interference can stunt growth and development.

Most guys I have observed in this age group are lazy and lack discipline. They stunt their own G&D with poor habits and recreational drugs. This age group is literally swimming in Testosterone and HGH. Just look at the teenage and pre-teen obesity problem.

My advice to this age group (and really all age groups): eat right, train intense, and develop self-discipline and good life habits.

Proper training, nutrition, rest, good life habits and self discipline are the cornerstones to building a beautiful and healthy physique.
