Advice required please

Hi there

Well a little information about me ...

Age 21
Height 5ft 11
Weight 12 stones

Ive developed a belly we could say due to not going gym for a long time and stopped playing football.

Now I'm actively back in the gym doing cardio for a while I'm attempting to go 3-4 times a week and i also play football twice a week again.

My aim is to bulk up slightly and then tone up. When i was training before i found that i could not lift higher than a certain weight :/. What would you guys recommend? cheers
 
Good luck, everyone is gonna say ur too young for AAS and that u need to work on ur diet and exercise routine, so hopefully I just saved u some aggravation.....but u could do a nice little dbol or beastrol cycle, if u wanted :)

Thanks dude. I do think being at university my diet is completely buggered atm. Any advice is appreciated. The stomach part won't be a problem I'm losing it already.
