I was planning a cycle for this week but Im going away in 3 weeks time for 4 days were I will not be able to lift, I might be able to do some cardio but im not 100% sure.
Shall I wait till Im back off the trip, or cycle as I planned.
4 days off from training is nothing, just plan your routine so you're done with the weeks workout by the time you leave. Those will just be your days off/rest days.
