Advice please!!

Okay so this is my first injectable cycle.
I've read numerous times that maintaining a healthy heart is detrimental, but as far as cardio goes im only familiar with HIIT training.. Don't want to hinder any gains. But from forum to forum I can't seem to get a straight answer as to whether that will actually happen if I do more cardio as keep my heart rate up for a longer period of time, my caloric intake is at a constant 3000-3200 a day.
Any help would be appreciated!


Stats are : 22 y/o
Training for 6 years
Weighing in at 185
 
Cardio will hinder gains to some point, depending on many factors:
- what kind and how much AAS you're on
- your diet (what you ate before cardio, what is your macronutrient ratio etc.)
- the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn by doing cardio

But I believe some cardio is always welcome even when bulking. Keep it at medium intensity and sessions under 40minutes. Eat a protein rich meal before (or consume BCAA's during) .
It will contribute to you not putting that much fat on while bulking, improve your lipid profile and benefit the whole cardiovascular system ... Also may help with recovery! I find out that a good light biking session a day after leg workout eliminates soreness like nothing else!

I have a higher end calorie diet. I don't really watch carbs, although most of my calories are clean.
I consume anywhere from 180-220g of protein in a day as well.
Just want to maximize my first cycle.. I'm not even 6 weeks in and I'm nearly up 20lbs. So I want to keep this upward momentum, any cardio specific reg' you could recommend ?

You should learn the basics and follow a structured plan for at least a few years before touching drugs to help you. "Mostly clean, not really watching carbs" is not a diet plan. It's OK for a teen bro lifting or an average recreative going to the gym to check the girls out, but CERTAINLY not for someone considering (or in your case even already using) anabolic steroids!

Basics first, train natty at an optimal level for 2-3 years, when no method no longer works, turn to steroids to help you!

200 grams of protein is what my mother eats per day to help her recover from jogging. You need at least twice as much in your case. Again, basic stuff
 
Didnt realize you wanted a full diet description.
I don't watch my carbs no, and what I mean by mostly clean is this, for 6 days a week I won't touch anything processed or made in a building represented by a clown and golden arches. I get all my calories from my shakes chicken or beef even yogurt oats etc. day 7 is a day where usually around dinner time I might grease it up with some pizza. I have been training since I was sixteen I am now 22. I am in good health and wanted to go about a self mastering.
I've considered side effects and consequences to my actions, I dont feel I need to be reprimanded for juicing. To be completely honest every time I hear work out till your at your fullest natty potential than juice I almost laugh. I don't know a single soul who lifted weights naturally and got to there plateau without juice. Do you know how long it would take for you to reach your bodies natural limit? On average with great diet and training the average joe will gain 5 maybe 6 lbs a year. I just wanted to know of any hindering effects that having more endurance based cardio workouts would have, but thanks for your concern. And your mother must be one BAMF..
 
I was also under the impression 1g of protein per/lb of Bf.. If I'm hovering in the 180-185 region why is 220g not sufficient?
 
depends on your goals. light cardio is all you should do if you are bulking.. you should have good heart health going INTO a cycle. also you being up 20 pounds is a huge red flag to me. you were only 165 when you started to juice? that tells me you don't have much of a base. also are you running an AI? a lot of that weight is water so yes your bp is gonna spike up. its important to cover all bases when you run a cycle.. are you running any on cycle support supps? are you running hcgenerate or hcg to keep your nuts plump? do you have a PCT set up?
 
Pct is hcg and Clomid I have adex on hand now .. Surprisingly I've not retained much water. As far as testicular atrophy I have no reason to suspect any at this point. Also yeah I was hovering 165-170 170 was a very good day with a lot of water.
I started training at 130.
I'm only 5'7 and considering I'm an evtomorph I was satisfied enough and confident I wouldn't fall to far back if at all post cycle.

you definately want to start the adex and hcg at a low doses NOW. yes you are retaining water and yes your nuts are gonna atrophy with sustanon... since sustanon has 2 long esters it might take a little longer than what you think but trust me it has started happening, you just don't notice it yet.

by starting both now you will make recovery much more easier..

sounds to me you have done your research so kudos to you.. but 20 pounds like i said is a lot of weight, seems like you had room to grow more naturally but whats done is done. i do expect you to stop gaining very soon and level off.. especially at 5 7 once you start getting into the 180's the gains will be harder to come by. so save yourself room for your next cycle to push through that barrier. don't be so obsessed with what the scale is saying to you, focus on putting on muscle mass and not letting your body fat get out of control
 
I'm doing all I can to ensure I am still as healthy as I should be I have a bloodwork appt for this upcoming Friday. I check daily for puffiness and acne and even give my nuts a good tug and feel haha. Knock on wood I haven't gotten really any sides as of yet.

i can comment on a few other things you were concerned with... A. your protein intake... everyone has their own opinion on this but i really don't think 1 g per pound is enough... i weight 192 and i eat nearly 500 grams a day but i am doing that because of the amount of cardio that i do...

i am a prime example that you can put on size and do a lot of cardio but it takes A LOT of work and A LOT of planning... I believe in cardio very much but you have to statistically figure out how much your burning daily and what its going to take to exceed that burn amount to help keep and add size... it just takes a lot of calculating but it can definitely be done...

Thanks a lot bro! Sound advice. Now this is where your gonna feel bad about giving me kudos for my research. I'm still amidst planning for my pct on terms of dosage. If you could throw me dosages for now till end of cycle?

I just know that your insight is clearly far greater than mine. And also I'm only coming up to my 6th injection I was under the impression I should run the hcg at 8 weeks?

i would do exactly as steve told you... he's very knowledgeable and hes spot on... start the hcg now...

nolva is shit bro... seriously, just shit... low dose clomid in pct with unleashed/post cycle combo and you will recover properly... i think 3 weeks is too long after your last pin...
 
You'd get better results and have stabler blood levels if you would pin twice a week,Mon wed Fri is optimal,once your next injection rolls around the short esters are already out of your system.

It's actually not in reference to birth date, just the same name as an old hotmail account when they were like so and so is taken but 537363 is available, I remembered that and went with it. I'm 22 actually so I couldn't be born in 91...
