advice please

first about me, 5'11 213 lbs about 19%bf :(
Goal: get down to about 12-14%bf strength and size would just be a bonus
im lifting and running a bout 5 times a week, i try to run in the morning lift at night, on day that i cant do that is it bad to do the cardio after lifiting? or would cardio be a better choice then lifting. is 3 liters of water a day good enough? heres my diet

7am 30g shake eca green tea bcaa

8am cardio

9am 4 boiled eggs (2 whole 2whites) bannana fishoil flaxseed oil and multi vitamin

12:00 chicken breast and salad or green beans eca green tea bcaa fish and flaxseed oils

3-4pm shake

5pm weight lifting

6:30-7pm shake and 1/2 cup oats

8-9pm lean deer or fish and green beans or broccoli

11pm cottage cheese or anpb and celery flaxseed and fish oils and multi vitamin

11:30 bed

anything i should add or change, i made this up looking at other peoples diets and tried to make it work for me so if i did anything completely messed let me know im just beginer looking to get in better shape
 
uh..like every post that is made here it lacks the breakdown of that diet..

how many cals is that and what are the macros? also, on a cut i would definitely get rid of that banana, although it probably wont hurt too much.

as far as cardio goes..dont overdo it and i would say first thing in the morning or directly after weight training is the best time for it..

make sure you eat enough to compensate for all your activity..
 
thxs for the feedback i know how to use fitday, what should i look for macro wise? 40/30/30 or p/c/f throwing the banana away wouldnt be a problem. i apreciate the help thxs
