I pulled or strained something in my right pec 4 weeks ago. it was a very sharp pain that hurt pretty bad but didnt bruise or swell. I hate not being able to lift chest and its driving me crazy knowing how much strength in my bench im losing as time goes on. how long is the recogmended time to let a something like this heal. i havent lifted chest at all for 4 weeks now but it feels good right now. i dont want to jump the gun on this. some advice please guys. I was going to begin a bulking cycle in about 6 weeks.
