advice on test prop clen cycle

hey im 31yrs old 5"6 160lbs about 11% bf and was seeking advice as to weather running test prop 100mg eod for about 6-8 weeks depending on results with clenbutorol would be a good stack to add about 10 more pounds of lean muscle while cutting fat. i would be using the clen two weeks on two weeks off please let me know if u would tweak this cycle up thank u.
 
Training and cycle history? Lean muscle as opposed to...fat muscle? If you mean 10lbs of lbm, then that won't be an easy task with Prop only. Your diet and training would need to be SPOT ON. Keep in mind that Clen can be catabolic at higher doses, so unless you have everything on point you're fighting a losing battle to gain lbm.
 
my main goal is too lose bodyfat while maintaing my current size.......i train regularly about 5 times a week on average...im adding the test so as to negage the catabolic effects of the clen. so yeah i just want to change the comp of my body to be leaner while maintaining current size or added on a few pounds....not looking to gain 20lbs....this would be my second cycle first was sustanon with anavar decent gains
 
It's primarily going to come down to diet. You don't need Test to counter Clen's catabolic effect. Like I said, it's only really ever apparent at high dosages and there is nothing concrete on Clen's catabolic/anti-catabolic effects.

Diet and exercise will get you there. Worst case, you lose a little muscle mass. If that happens, just do a really clean, lean bulk afterwards. Sometimes things CAN be achieved without AAS...
 
You can do it with that however like Oz said , if your where you want to be size wise , then why not clean your diet up!
