sup guys?? I am kinda a newbie here as well. I have a serious question about sus. I have done a cycle over a year ago of sus. I just started back working out about 3 1/2 months ago. I'm 6'3 179 and i'm looking to get back on the gear and really make some good gains. I have made my mind up that I am going to do sus 250 again. My question is should I do an 8 or 10 week cycle and how much should I take and how often. Any advice would help!!!!!
