advice on spreading anavar through th day

hey guys i start my anavar cycle 2mara and would just like to no how i would spread 40mg through a day.. or shall i take it all at once

Var has about a 10 hour half life so I think it's best to take 1/2 in morning and 1/2 in the afternoon. That has worked best for me
