Advice on my stack!

i'm starting a stack of ttokkyo deca 300 and ttokkyo winny. I'm 6' 170. I want to gain 8-10. What should my calorie intake be? I'm sure yall can tell i'm a new comer. Just need some advice. Thanks

Nic, Welcome to the board :wavey; cal intake really differs from person to person. I can eat about 4000 maybe a little more cals and if I eat any more the I start to pack on the fat but I know some guys who can eat everything in sight and not gain close to anything. It depends on the person. Good Luck on your cycle!

hey ultra!

in your cycle you wrote, "50/100 eod,ed". Does that mean 50mg every other day or 100mg every day? I'm just not sure I follow.

with proper nutrition and rest you should see 10 lbs, if you add test you will definatley gain 10-20lbs.
 
I wouldn't run the deca at any less than 400mg per week. Since you have 300mg/mL strength deca you should run it at 450mg per week (1.5 CCs per week) for 10 weeks. I would take the winstrol at 50mg every day through out the cycle.
As far as how much weight you will gain realistically, you should gain a decent amount in both strength and weight. Deca is great in the fact that it works synergistically well with food haha. The more you feed it the more you will grow. If you up your protein intake to almost obscene amounts with deca you should respond very well. It basically allows your body to process more protein which is in turn used to build more muscle. The winstrol will make your muscles harder and should help ward off a little bit of the water gain accosiated with the deca. Good luck on your cycle and keep us updated on your progress.

8-10 pounds is a very attainable goal. I'm in week 7 of Deca 450/week with Winny 50mg/ed starting in week 5 and I'm up 16 lbs. Eat lots of food and remember to take your protein supplement shake twice a day at least. :think:
 
you can take 50-100mgs eod or ed whatever you like....and forgot to say bro welcome too the board....and yes bro hell yeah you well gain over 10 pounds eat train rest good and then you well grow..and 400mgs of deca is good too if not 300mgs...but 300 well do it well be great bro....good luck
