Hi everybody,
I've just joined the forum and need to get some advice on my cycle. I've just recently started my first cycle and I just want to check a few details.
This is what I'm taking at the moment, and I'm now into week 3. I'm eating about 4000 calories a day (includes 2 myoplex mass shakes at 750cals each) including a LOT of protein and drinking at least a gallon of water a day.
Wk1 - 20mg Dianabol
Wk2 - 30mg Dianabol
Wk3 - 40mg Dianabol
Wk4 - 40mg Dianabol
Wk5 - 30mg Dianabol 20mcg Clenbuterol
Wk6 - 20mg Dianabol 40mcg Clenbuterol
Wk7 - 10mg Dianabol 60mcg Clenbuterol
Wk8 - 60mcg Clenbuterol
Wk9 - 60mcg Clenbuterol
Wk10 - 60mcg Clenbuterol
Wk11 - 40mcg Clenbuterol
Wk12 - 20mcg Clenbuterol
One question that has eluded me: when should I take the d-bol? If it has a half life of 4hrs, then it would make sense to take half of the dose in the morning, at 8am, half at lunchtime, at 12pm, and then half late afternoon, about 4pm. Is this right? I can't seem to find any information anywhere, and I want to make sure that I'm maintaining optimum levels in my bloodstream.
Also, is it a good idea to overlap taking d-bol and clenbuterol? I've been told that overlapping as you start to taper off the b-bol increases the anabolic effect, and then taking clen for 4-5 weeks after the d-bol helps to maintain the gains and burn off any fat.
Finally, how can i get more calories? I'm having the 2 shakes (one in the morning and one post work-out), plus 4 regular meals and a whey protein shake before bed. I physically can't eat any more but have been told that it would be better for me to be putting away nearly 5000 calories while on the d-bol.
I'm taking the pink thai d-bols.
Any advice greatly appreciated. I'm hearing so much conflicting information that I don't know what to think, so I'd appreciate the views of some of you hardcore pros! I'm a novice based in London, UK. Benching 160, squatting 260, know I've got a long long way to go!
