Advice on lump

Hey Bro's

I started igf a week ago Saturday and I was doing the shots for non workout days in the belly. Last Friday morning's shot felt a little funny, kinda smarted a little and I usually dont feel the belly shots at all. Wee, when I pulled out the needle, there wa a little blood...kinda unusual in this location also. So, it was hurting after and has formed a pretty good sized knot in there now (a little biiger than a marble). It is sore as hell and the skin is a little red. Checked my temp and it is actually a little low (97.4). So, any advice on this guys? I'm contemplating the fish store antibiotic run....

antibiotics are always good to have on hand bu as i have said many times before if the problem presists get to a doctor
