Advice on first cycle test cyp , deca

I'm 6"2 220 this is my first cyle I'm just looking for some advice I have 25 ml test cyp nd deca

Have the deca and just run the test at 500mg a week and maybe an oral as a kick start and run the test 10-12 weeks long
