Advice On Creatine

I am 15, and was wondering if taking creatine would do any harm to me. How should I cycle it, whats the best brands. Will I gain much and after a cycle will I lose much? I heard once the cycle is over your muscle go back to normal size.

There is no evidence of any kind to suggest the creatine will do any harm, those who claim it will are very uninformed. As far as cycling, there is really no reason to go off once you are one it. I take 5 grams before and after workout mixed with dextrose which I follow with a protein shake. If you stop taking it you will lose some water weight and some strenght, but as long as you keep lifting, you should be fine. good luck.
 
well i hear you are supposed to cycle it because your body will stop making its own creatine if you take a creatine supplement everyday, and then whenever you do stop using it your body will be making hardly any creatine.
 
take 5 grams five times a day for five days. what i used for loading was phosphagen HP, but you can use cell tech or anything that has dextrose in it. after the loading period i just take 5 to 10 grams a day but i just use Simply Creatine. drink a lot of water on it though. and i dont think your body even makes its own creatine if i am correct. beef is a good source of creatine though. and dont trust the creatine serum bullshit either. besides, the only stuff that has been proved in tests to work has been the powdered form.
