There is no evidence of any kind to suggest the creatine will do any harm, those who claim it will are very uninformed. As far as cycling, there is really no reason to go off once you are one it. I take 5 grams before and after workout mixed with dextrose which I follow with a protein shake. If you stop taking it you will lose some water weight and some strenght, but as long as you keep lifting, you should be fine. good luck.
