Advice on a Cycle for novice

I'm new to this; a friend suggested to try this cycle. This is going to be my first time what do you guys think? I appreciate your comment.

First off, at 5'11 152 lbs you are far from being ready to juice but hey I'm not your mother :rolleyes:

Your clomid therapy is way off it should be started W13 or W14 because of Deca and sust long half lives.

You only need a sust every 5 days, 375mg a week. But, you need to eat properly and train hard.

Don't do deca and test on your first cycle, you don't know how you will react to progesterone and estrogen. Chose one.

Get some Nolva or arimidex with your test.

Sust: front load a bit to get the levels up, though you don't need to do it with much. 500mg the first week, then cut down to 375 for the maintance, then down to 250 for the last 2 weeks to pyramid off. Doing that will help you to keep your gains post cycle. It's better to be safe then sorry.

Deca: take it at no more than 200mg per week for the length you do the sust. No more than that. You should be fine with that dosage.

Yeah, start the clomid no earlier than 3 weeks after your last shots. The deca and sust will still be in the body at that time, so any earlier than that and you'll be defeating the purpose of clomid therapy. Get some nolvadex on hand just in case of an estrogen related issue. Other than that, train hard, eat properly, and you should grow well.

not enough muscle for steroids to properly work off of. more muscles = more androgen receptors. the more AR you have the more steroids can bind to them without saturating them. this gives you better gains with less side effects. true, there are non-AR mediated steroids (which is not deca, test to some degree), but it would still be a good idea to train naturally for a while to figure out what methods are really working. no need to rush into it...
 
i agree you should train hard first. i was 200 before i started gear and i am 5'7. but if you are gonna do it i suggest 250mg every 5 days of test and 300mg/wk deca.
 
Bro, listen to the guys here. You are much too light weight now to start juicing. You have not built enough of a foundation.

I weighted 144lbs when I started lifting. I built up to 186 in just a couple years of natural lifting.

You need to learn to eat right, scarff down your protein, train heavy... and for God's sake SQUAT!

Once you've got some more meat on you... then juice.

Also, I notice you are in your 20s. I'm 43 now. I didn't start juicing till I was 25.
