I posted this a while back but I wanted Quadsweep or any other open competitor to give me some advice.

Hey fellow competitors, I have a national qualifier coming up in about 6 weeks. I wasn't planning on doing this show but it is a week before my other show I was training for and it is in the area also so I figured what the hell. This will be my first national qualifier and I am not expecting to do tremendous due to the fact that this will be my first contest as an open competitor and I could use some more size. I am 5'10'' and at the rate I am going now I will probably compete somewhere around 200-205 pounds which would put me in the heavyweight class (198-225 pounds). Do you think I would be better off losing a few more pounds and try to be the heaviest light heavyweight or should I just not worry about it? - cbeaks

Quad posted a week or two ago that he was going to be away, so don't get insulted if he doesn't reply right away.

thanks Willyumyum. This diet is making the thinking process a bit slow.
