Advice for the newbie!

My first cycle was 35mg of winny ED for 6 weeks. I gained 20lbs of keepable muscle. So, as you can see I gain very easily. My stats are 6'1" 260lbs. 16% bf. My second cycle will be 200mg of eq and 300mg of TTokkyo Deca per week for eight weeks . At this dosage will I need nolvadex?

a good rule of thumb is always have nolv on hand you'll never know.

Thanks Stiffler I have got 20mg tabs on hand. How often should they be taken ED or EOD.

I would just take them if u see any sign of gyno coming on.

Nolv won't help with progesterone gyno. Winstrol is what you'll need to combat the effects that Deca may give ya. Or RU486.

No need to worry about anything from the EQ at that dose.

The deca looks fine bro, but if you want to see gains from that EQ you will have to up the dose to 400mg/week for at least 10 weeks. Its just to weak of an AS so take for such a short period of time and it takes to long to kick in. Good Luck.
