I've done some reading of this and a couple of other BB forums, and whilst they're all pretty clear about their stance on not starting a cycle if you haven't been training for a minimum if 2 years, I'm pretty sure there are guys out there who have not heeded this advice and still come out with some pretty impressive results.
So I'm hoping that, despite this general stance, Ill be able to get some decent advice on where to start.
I'm 31yo, 180cm tall and was 98kgs just over 3 months ago. I've managed to drop my weight to 77kgs in 3 months thanks to a radical change in diet and the assistance of some Duromine to give me that little extra kick.
I've also started training 3 days a week with a PT, 2 days doing upper body and 1 day doing legs. I also train on a 4th day every other week without my PT where I usually do upper body. Ive been in this routine for just over a month now.
I want to get an extra boost to help me on my way and have been considering doing a cycle.
I'm looking for advice/guidance/do's & don'ts/what to do etc from anyone who can offer it. I'm not interested in endless replies telling me not to start a cycle because I haven't been training long enough - like I said I know this is the general rule.
Thanks in advance all.
