Wasn't sure where to post this, so I thought I'd start here. My BF has been lifting now for a several years now without seeing in real muscular gains. He has tried just about every type of routine you can think of without any change. He's done the protein shakes and creatine and hasn't even seen a gain in weight.
Right now he is doing HIT training.
Any suggestion for any he sould try?
