Advice: First cycle

Hi,
I am a 21year old male (too early i know).
I love bodybuilding and i take it seriously.
Been lifting for near 2years and had some decent gains (around 15lbs) for the last 2years.
I have some acne problem and slight hair thinning problem (i think) whenever i use too much wax on my hair. (lol)
My aim is to gain lean mass.

Training
4 - 5 times every week
Chest and triceps
Back and Biceps
Shoulders and Triceps/Biceps
Legs and Abs

Stats:
Height: 5"5
Weight: 150lbs
Bodyfat: around 13%?

Diet:
6 meals per day, never really count my macros but i will always have a protein, carbs in every meal. i eat every 2 - 3 hours.

I had done some research about winstrol in this forum. Heard that it cause hairloss and sore joints. I have a friend currently on oral winstrol only cycle but i heard that winstrol-only cycle sucks and it is recommended to take with test gels.
i also read about PCT and understand that PCT should be the first priority.
Could you guys advise me on my first cycle? for eg, what to take, how to take or am i even suitable to take aas.
 
I don't think anyone is recommending testosterone gels for cycles. You should man up and start injecting if you're dedicated. 500mg/wk of testosterone enanthate or cypionate for 10 weeks with a proper pct is all you should want for your first cycle

Anyone who doesnt know exactly what they are eating has no business taking steroids, just my opinion.
 
Thanks for all of ur advice. I have been researching for quite some time but sometimes I find it hard to understand lengthy article on steroids.
 
There is alot to learn regarding training and nutrition before crossing the line to AS. Dialing in exact numbers for protein intake (1.5-2 grams per pound of body weight) as well as carbs and fats is a good start. Take your measurements and weight and explore some different training approaches to see what works for you. Protein powder, creatine, and multi vitamins are a given, but there are other supps you might want to consider as well. IMO, when people look for a short cut with AS they end up with questionable results and may become discouraged and lose interest. Max out your natural potential first; then research a cycle that can help you break through a plateau and continue to make progress.

^^^ pretty sound advice here bro, I too will say you have not reached your natural potential to even consider AAS...you can easily get up to 180 or so with proper training and nutrition. Since you don't count your macros, I will guess you are probably not consuming enough calories to put on muscle and size.

I'm 31 years old and I've been working out since 2000 when I joined the Marines. I've done multiple cycles of aas. BUT I've learned the BEST way for me to add weight/mass is by my diet. The BEST way for me to cut or shed down is also diet. Once you go as far as you can naturally, then go aas.

bro, your not ready for this for so many different reasons... the first is that your too young.. there is no need to mess with your test and homrones and such a young age... save your receptors for later when its harder to make natural gains... take advantage of your youth and the ability you have to gain naturally... work on your training and diet now and get those things dialed in first... there is no need for any aas right now...
