I have a bit of bloat in my face (test prop and too many carbs), nothing insane. Naturally, I want to lose as much water as I can for the wedding. I was going to try and eat fairly bland, low sodium, low carbs (esp no rice or pasta), drinking plenty of sodium free water, sauna, 10mg nolva ED, cardio twice a day, plus my 4 days of weights.
I was considering experimenting with a very small dose of lasix-I have some 40mgs tabs, I was going to take a tiny piece, less than a 1/4. Not something I'd really like to f#ck with, but I am zealous about losing this H2O.
Any natural OTC direutics worth using?
Any reasonable crash dieting/water shedding tips would be much appreciated.
