i have 40cc's of aratest(250mg) 30ccs of deca 300mg, 20ccs of winstrol(50mg) and 100 dbol tabs(10mg), how should i get this in a cycle, i want it to be around 12 weeks, i have done several cycles before and i want this one to be the ultimate one?

It depends alot on what your previous cycles looked like. If they were primo 200 mg/week, then #2 was test 400 mg/week, it will make a big difference in what my response would be if you said your 2nd cycle was 1 gram of test/wk with 600 deca/week...so post up your previous experience or I could design one here that will turn you into an ape.

my last cycle was 20cc's of sauce(250mg) and 50 ccs of EQ(50mg, does that help any

So if I am reading this right (assuming it was for 10 weeks) then you used test 500 mg/week with EQ 250 mg/week. If that is correct then what I would probably move into next would be test 500 mg/week 1-12, deca 300 mg/week 1-10, dbol 20 mg/day weeks 1-4. You could add the winny in for weeks 11-14 @ 50 mg/day (I wouldn't though). This would leave you with about 20 ml. of test, 20 ml. of deca, and ~40 dbol tabs left over for your next cycle.
