adrenaline rush?

is there anything u can do/take to get a mad adrenaline rush before a workout.. i know in fights u have soo much adrenaline ur like 100% stronger and tougher perhaps this could help in a workout any ideas?
 
I don't believe there is anything you can take to make it happen. The adrenaline release is the bodies response to a stress situation and it released from by the activation of the sympathetic nervous system. What I do is hold anything in that pisses me off until I get to the gym and then allow myself to get mad about it there and take out my anger out on the weights. I have some awsome workouts then.

Nothing that I know of will do this, but that's probably a good thing. Although you have more strength, you're much more likely to hurt yourself.

Your muscles, ligaments, and tendons wouldn't be used to the extra heavy weight that adrenaline would give you. I've read stories of people lifting insane weight in a life/death situation, but suffering from many injuries because of it.
