Adrenal fatigue and low t

I need some help. I was diagnosed with low t years back. Ive been on trt for quite somle time now. Although the trt helped a little, my energy, digestion, morning fatigue, anxiety and irritability never got better. I always felt something was not right. A week ago I went into a natural health store and explained my symptoms. She sold me an adrenal support supplement along with resveratol. I haven't felt this good in years!!!!! My anxiety is gone, I get out of bed and I'm ready to go, I can handle stress so much better and my stomach feels much better. My doc never even addressed my adrenals, he just put me straight on the test.

Could this be why my test levels were so low to begin with? If so, should I try a great pct program to see if my natural levels will come back?? I don't like being on trt but figured it was a necessity because of the low levels. I would love to hear some thoughts on this.

Thanks

What is the supplement you were prescribed? It wouldn't hurt to try a strong pct, hcgenerate, DAA, post cycle unleashed, shit the options are endless these days. Mix it In with a diet high in good fats, red meat, and maybe a 3 day a week strength training program( like strong lifts or Madcows 5x5 you may be pleasantly pleased.
Definitely curious on the adrenal supp

Run RS-transaderm 5 pumps every day till the bottle is gone.. Add hcgenerate 3 caps a day too this.. When this is over run forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm for 4 weeks and bridge unleashed post cycle combo 1 cap 3 times a day with it..

This is about what I gave another dude we all know and he is doing great now. He had been on hrt 7 years with no hope of recovery but he has normal test now

I had same issues, would take too long to detail here....but until you are recovered from adrenal fatigue and even after you feel good, you gotta be real careful of traiing intensity...read "Adrenal Fatigue" by Dr Wilson, some says its bogus but even my docs think the same things he does....

For me low carbs, high EFAs, high BCAAs, vitamin shots, vitamin IVs in mega doses, tons of anti oxidants, mind-body work, rest and recovery, etc....I take ALA, NAC, green tea, resveratrol, acetyl l carnitine, taurine, BCAAs, an adrenal fatigue/support formula, thyroid support formula, 2-6g vit c daily, CLA, 15g-20g fish oil day, coQ10, grapeseed/gradpefruit extract, vit D, probiotics....and in doses probably much higher than most suspect, the brands I use yu cant buy onlinie but have to get through medical providers who carry such brands....

but yea adrenal fatigue nearly ruined my life man....and killed my digestion, immune system, hormones, etc....but 3 years later Im doing pretty good

Gone through some pretty serious Adrenal Fatigue myself. People dont really understand that when your cortisol levels chronically elevate to the point of hitting burnout your test drops like crazy. You feel burnt out, need caffeine all the time (even though that makes it worse), no motivation, gain weight easy, catch colds all the time and your mojo is obviously fuct.

There are a shit ton of supplements that can help somewhat. I've had great luck with High doses of Vitamin C and Maca (plus high doses of vitamin D for the immune). Maca is amazing for Adrenals. The biggest help is focusing on sleep though... Once the sleep gets in check all the supplements will work better.

Personally I'm going to give a low dose of HGH for a year or so to see how that helps. I'll let you know how that goes mate.

I feel for you bro...I hit massive IVs with 30-50g vitamin C weekly, including as you say tons of Vit D and a plethora of other supplements....I couldnt sleep well I had so many hormonal imblances, doc gave me GHB worked like a charm to get some better restorative deep sleep...I also tapped into practicing meditation and deep breathing alot....rest and relaxation strategies are HUGE when you have adrenal issues...

My cortisol was sky high and I got tons of intrabdominal fat and my bodyfat went from 10% to 30% in a year or twos time Im not shitting...was horrific....my Test was so low, vit D and Vit B was low and I could take massive oral doses with no absorbtion because my digestive system was defunct....thryroid was in gutter too, low IGF-1...I ended up on thyroid that didnt budge, but by that time my cortisol had dropped in the gutter so had to take 20mg cortisol for the tyroid to be effective, and then wean off the cortisol after a year, and eventually the thyroid too...adrenal fatigue is no joke and can make life a nightmare....

if you can find a good functional medicine or integrative doctor who gets it, that would be your best bet....

the guys here gave u a lot of good advices for trying to restart ur hpta, but i agree with power36 u should check this with ur doc i don't believe that a salesman or woman is knowledgeable or permitted to prescribe anything for adrenal fatigue specially herbals, this is no joke and very serious if u doubt having it have a blood test and check it with a pro.
