Adice for a novice

[/B]OUT OF INTREST GUYS WHAT DO YOU THINK IF I RAN norma deca @ 500mg pw with 30mg dbol ed and sust iv heard even i could gain from this ( and before u say it i know i'll have to eat which i do ) everything u tell tho is being notited and i really do appreicate all of ur coments great message board.
 
A bit much for a first cycle. But if you run that stop the DBol at 4 weeks and run the cycle for 10 weeks. Also you never mentioned how much sust a week. How often are you going to inject?
 
You will loose all those gains if you can not learn how to eat,so a cycle is wasted.

This is what iv been askin all day
WILL STEROIDS BRING A POSITIVE RESULT OR A MINIMUIM RESULT A SLIGHT INCREASE IN MASS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ME !! BECAUSE I CANT GAIN ITS THAT SIMPLE I CANT ....... i eat between 5 and 6 meals a day i have a hardgain diet which i follow but it hardly works i have shakes for maximum carb intake and eat more and more meat.

I work out 4 days a week

All i want is a answer to my question taking all that info which is in all the other statements WILL A CYCLE OF THE ABOVE or a recommended one by the people who know being you work taken into consideration - i do eat - i do work out i just need something to kick start something and help me to build a bit more confidence in what im doing.
 
Ok well first of all we can all understand your self esteem being low. At 22 yrs old and wieghing 130lbs not many people would be able to handle that mentally. My friends brother was the same way. He is only 17 and has done about 3 cycles and still looks like he has not even picked up a dumbell in his life. Its very scary and almost depressing.

You say you eat, so then lets hear what you eat. It is easy to say this but you have to prove it to us. Break down each meal and we will all try and work with you.

Steriods can be a great thing, but they can be an even greater thing if everything thing in your enviornment is in place (ie diet, workouts, supplements vitamins). Lets try and figure out other problems before we jump on a cycle so we can maximize your potential.

So lets hear meals 1-6!!

8am -- Meal 1
Myoplex, 1 tsp flaxseed oil
432 calories, 42g of protein, 25g of carbs, 14g of fat

11pm -- Meal 2
4 Whole Eggs w/ 1 cup of hash browns
440 calories, 28g of protein, 36g of carbs, 20g of fat

2pm -- Meal 3
6 oz. chicken breast with 1/2 cup of rice
319 calories, 50g of protein, 23g of carbs, 7g of fat

5pm -- Meal 4
4 whole eggs in a flour tortilla w/salsa
367 calories, 24g of protein, 17g of carbs, 20g of fat

8pm -- Meal 5
Myoplex, 1tsp flaxseed oil

6 oz grilled tuna with large baked potato, 1 cup of veggies

Hey I am here to help and am easy to talk to. I see that you want some answers and I will try to help as best as I can as will other members.

So here we go:


Your carb intake is way to low. I calculated about 182 grams. I am 6'2 225lbs and I take in close to 400g's of carbs a day. I would not be afraid of getting fat or anything, just make sure you eat more healthy carbs. This is going to be a period of trial and error and my take a couple of months to see what works. With your myoplex shakes add a cup of oatmeal (about 50 g's a cup). Instead of having a 1/2 cup of rice have 1 cup of rice. This will bump your carb intake higher in a hurry. By the way, the carbs in Myoplex are really simple sugar, there is a loophole.

Your fat intake seems to be good. I would maybe eat some All natural peanut butter throughout the day when you want a snack. Your last meal you have (meal 6) is your most impressive. try to follow those types of numbers with every meal you have.

I would try to use some of the suggestions I made and see how it goes from there. As for right now though, try and keep the anabolics in the past. I think we can help you out here with diet alone.
