they are both strong anti estrogens bro... neither is used for prolactin though, you would want caber or prami for that...

what cycle are you planing on runing...

Also depends if you want a topical or oral for your e2 control. Personally I prefer adex

Formestane has better sides eg. Decrease SBHG, increase IGF-1 so to me it's a clear choice. I've stopped adex and am now just using forma
