Additional recovery tips after cycle?

My sust/deca/winny first cycle is winding down. My last shot of Sust will be on September 19th. I will start clomid 3 weeks afterwards along with clenbuterol/eca(alternate) and creatine. I will keep my calories and protien high and cut workout volume maybe 30%. Is there anything else I should consider to help keep these very hard earned gains?

By the way, up 30lb.s currently will share pics soon need to tan more. Current 5'10" 195 (10-12%bf?)

AM dbol dosing (10mg)
Liquidex
High Carbs with ALA

Hey Machine are you joking about the am d-bol dosing!? Won't that keep my hpta from fully recovering? I know the half life is short, but can you give me more info there. How long? Thanks bud.
 
I would probably not consider the bridge if I were you. Take some time off and let your body really recover from the stuff. It might be fine to do if you only try a few cycles but it will catch up to you sooner or later.

I think I will opt not to use it this time. I can only find dbol from my two sources at a min of 100 tabs min and don't have an extra $100+ dollars to spend right now anyway.

They are right when they say the most expensive part of the cycle is the food. $100 a week for me buying food in bulk!
 
Well first off is to train in an abbreviated fashion when off a cycle. You will no longer be able to train and recover as you did. Then cut your calories accordingly, as you will no longer need the surplus and you metabolism will slow.

So remeber to get the HPTA on line as soon as possible and control the estrogen with Nolvadex, not Arimidex post cycle. Nolvadex will stimulate in a similar fashion to cytomel, but with better estrogen suppresion and no impact on HPTA like cytomel.
20mg daily will be good.

Also forget about bridging. I am having trouble understanding this concept as bridging simply means you never go off steroids.
 
forgive my ignorance,,but why does cytomel come into the mix?,,,if anything u would want to stay away from that post cycle
