I was thinking of adding 1 day to mt 5X5 routine strickly for Power Cleans. I was going to follow a 5-4-3-2-1 rep range (as outlined in Bigger Faster Stronger). I wanted to add the cleans to help me gain more explosive power for sport endeavors. Would this be optimal, or should I scrap the 4th day, and substitute the cleans for Rows? Any advice, comments would be greatful.
