Try adding sf cal. free choc. syrup and berries, sf maple syrup w/tsp peanut butter or peanuts & sliced banana, cinnamon & splenda with walnuts/almonds and berries, or mixing 1/2 lo carb yogurt w/ 1/2 cottage cheese w/ any flavor protein powder. If you freeze it, it tastes like ice cream! for a tasty lunch mix tuna,cottage cheese, green onion, jalapenos,chili powder, garlic powder, dry oats, tsp ff miracle whip, and fry in a pan.Add in tomato w/basil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Use as filling for deviled eggs w/any herb or seasoning. Or use as dip for fresh veggies. Just some ideas
