Adding Dbol to my TEST cycle ...

I've ran test E 250/wk for two weeks and this week I move up to 500/wk. I've got some Dbol on hand (100x 10mg) and was wondering how to throw that in. Maybe 50mg/day Mon-Fri for 4 weeks? The 500/wk test will be for the next 10 weeks if that helps and obviously I'm on a bluk up cycle.

you should've used the dbol from the start..However, no biggie...

take 30mg of dbol a day. 10mg in the am, then lunch time, then a couple hours before your workout.

Only do this for a max of wks though.. you will like the pumps!!
 
next time start it at the beginning of the cycle to kick start it while you wait for the test to kick in. 4 weeks will be good enough. 30 mgs is high enough. what are your stats btw???

30-40mg daily,,,7 days per week. 4-6 wks MAX.
 
Thanks for the replies. I'll try 30/day for 4 weeks. Having a couple of weeks of test after, how much can I plan to gain and keep? Diet is above 1gm of protein per pound and super clean with 1500 calories on top of my bmr
 
amount gained will depend on diet and training. 1.5-2grams of protein/ lbs of weight is a better macro to shoot for!
and you did not give stats so I'll guess you are around 200lbs and say that you'll need about 300-400 grams of protein per day.
