Thanks man.. I feel the insane thermo effect first and then the energy for the rest of the day! Just don't take it past 5 or 6 or it could effect sleep.

Yeah I've been taking it around 3pm, and I'm cruising with crazy energy all the way up till around 11pm.. Hit the hay around 1-2am so it's been working great my friend

I got good energy from it, some therm effects, but didn't do a lot for me on fat loss. Everything effects people differently, sounds like it does well for others.
