I am prescribed Adderall for ADD. When I am on it for over a month or so I start to feel poorly and then usually decide to come off for awhile. Usually within a couple of days after stopping, all of my joints ache. Fingers, elbows, knees, necks, everything. This persists for a few more days and then everything start to come back to normal.
My theory is that chronic elevation of adrenaline causes increase in my cortisol levels. When I stop taking the Adderall, temporarly my coritisol levels drop.
I have never tried Winny but I wonder if the aching joints is due to the cortisol blocking effects. It seems that all steroids probably work to some degree due their ability to block cortisol from binding, but maybe Winny is exceptional in this area.
Has anyone seen anything on this or can explain why Winny causes joint pain? If it were the lack of aromitization and estrogen, then ox would seem to have this problem.
