Added chains to my workouts

If you have not used chains in your workouts you are really missing out! After watching this video: Oly lifting with chains, I made a very cheap set of chains from extra spring collars and 5/8 chain. Using chains with overhead and oly work is brutal! I knew with chains I would have to pull harder for the squat clean but still ended up missing the lift and on my butt.
 
chains are great for building up your supporting muscles, always keeps you off balance and constantly using your stabilizers.
