i'm doing my first cycle
210 lbs
6'
13.9 bf
in and out of the gym 10 yrs +
1st cycle
i train twice a day 5 to 6 day's a wk
test cyp 600mg wk for 10 wks

my right elbow hurts (joint)
i was planing on adding some winny for the last 4 wks
but now i was thinking of adding some deca 200mg wk to help out my joints
first inject was last sun. should i wait untill wk 3 or 4 before adding to see how my body adapts

add the DECA @ 2mg per lb. of bodyweight.
 
I wouldn't add in the winny.

Run the 600mg/wk of Test and 200mg/wk of Deca. Add in the Deca now and run it the whole course of the test.

btw...I'd seriously think about cutting back your Gym time to once per day sessions 3-5 times per week. You are not only overtraining, but are probably having a problem with underecovery. In the past, the only time my joints would ever give me problems is when I overworked/underrecovered them from doing too much.

However, if you've put in 10 years of training, hopefully you have a full understanding of your own body and how it reacts to different styles of workouts. However, I will say that as you age, it becomes more important to listen to your body as it just doesn't repair itself like it would have when you were young.

well i split up my workouts to hit each muscle group so like this morning i did shoulders
at lunch did traps

at lunch i do abbs bi's or tri's ,calfs cardio etc.

in the am i hit it hard
i was doing chest and tri's same workout back and bi's same thing
doing it this way i hit all my groups and if my body fills tired then i will not workout that day rest is important i know but all i want to do is workout ,the time inbetween muscle groups is sufficient i fill.
 
dose as sugessted above, cut down on the amount of workouts...let your body heal and grow man....juice wont help if you dont allow time for recovery. gear will allow more strenuous workouts putting more stress on your muscle fibers so let them heal.....and, it is possible to overtrain while on cycle, so b careful bro! good luck!
 
Are you using AIFM?

because that can cause your elbow to hurt,

I am on a two week break from AIFM because of joint pain, elbows still killing me.
 
yes i am taking Aifm but my elbow was hurting before i started my cycle/Aifm

so that means that if i workout each muscle group
traps ,delts,quads,hams,bi's,tri's,chest,calfs and abb's

that is roughtly 1 muscle group every 7 days seems like too long inbetween groups if you ask me. more insight please.

nolva on hand and so i understand not to use it during while on deca but what about for pct i have clomid and Aifm using Aifm atm
