I was benching about 150 on incline and I failed. I placed it on the ground (was my last set). I had this stupid idea to clean it up onto my shoulder girdle and rerack it (I should mention I'm 5'7). While doing so I managed to clean it but as I was racking it, I got the left side up, but then the right side collapsed and was caught by a pin. At that point to gentlemen helped me rerack the right side. Afterwards I noticed that I had a sharp right wrist pain, a pain where you crack your knucles or something. Although the pain only occured when I made quick wrist movements and if I applied upward force (flexion) while my wrists are supinated. The pain is localized near the ulna, opposite to the radial artery (don't know other way to describe the location)...the part facing outwards when your wrists are pronted. Should I be worried? What do you think it is? I should mentioned as I was reracking it I was applying a horizontal and vertical force since I was too short and at a bad angle.
