ACTUAL strength gains from cycle?

What are your ACTUAL strength gains from your first and most recent cycles? Im talking about a single rep max increase in one of the following excercises:

Squat (full squat for you powerlifters and other squat-dodgers ;)
Deadlift
Military
Power clean
Clean
Jerk
Snatch
Bench press (incline and flat, barbell only)

The reason Im setting these strict parameters is because it means nothing to me how much increase you got from leg extensions or cable crossovers or whatever. Also, multiple rep sets are useless for comparison, so one rep max lifts only.
 
First cycle:
DL - 405 --> 475
Squat - 225 10x ---> 275 10x (I don't do 1RM's for squats)
bench - 315 1x ---> 385 1x
I do clean and presses but never really did a 1RM. But it went up a lot.
 
I don't use weights I can't afford them. So when I workout I use people. I pick them up over my head, do push-ups with them on back back, Squat with them on my shoulders, that sort of thing.

Bench - Pre-cycle I was only able to to 10 push-ups with my brother Bruce on my back. Now I can do Bruce and my buddy Steve. So I consider that a gain of one Steve on bench.

Squat - I have weak legs so I have to use my nieces and nephews< they're small>. My one rep in the Squat pre-cycle was one Cindy, I can now do two reps with a Cindy.

Snatch - I used to do Snatches with my nephew James, but I lost my grip once and there was an accident and the poor kid went flying. My sister doesn't let me use the kids for Snatches anymore so I can't give you a number on those.

Cleans - After the Snatch incident my sister vetoed those too. I'm not strong enough yet to use a full sized person, so Cleans are out too.

Deads - I'm good with these. I can do reps with small people, but when I try to go heavy the underwear always rips. It's hard to get people to cooperate with this movement.

It's not easy when you don't have metal equipment to work with, but I know for sure my lifts have gone way up after juicing.

Multi reps are useless? LOL

Not only are they a "safe" way to gage strength, they are also excellent to build it. I'm talkin in terms of 3,4,5.

Any way I think the only reaon nobody answered your thread seriously is because its also like asking "what can I gain", it varies to much.

The average will be about 40 lbs on your bench for a 10 weeker. Some get 80 or more some get 30. This stuff just varies to much for any of the information to be good for you.
 
Best bench increase for Bench was in my first cycle when I went from 325lb. to 405lb.

And best Hang Clean was from my last cycle where I went from 250lb. to 365lb.!!!!

Fina: The bench was from a Omna/Dbol cycle I did over two years ago. I trained with a "bodybuilding approach" ie: FLEX mag workouts etc...

The Clean was from a Fina/Prop cycle from this past Summer. Kept reps at 4 or fewer on ALL lifts. Trained strongman events also.
