Active Recovery... i cant figure this stuff out.

I read the sticky extensively. and ive messed around to try and make up my own movements. Spatts was saying AR should feel "good". For me it either feels like nothing... or like its starting to become another workout. Any idea what i can do to try and get this working.
 
You are just trying to get some extra blood flow in the area you are working and maybe lightly stretch the muscle, so you are probably better off staying at the “feels like nothing” end of things.
 
maybe you need bands with a little more or a little lesss resistance. depending on what move I'm doing, I'll switch it up.
