Activate Account back again Upgrade?

Hello,

i tried to reach the help center, but nobody answered me in 3 Days.

So my problem ist my account: atikon85 @elitefitness.com

Has been deactivated. It was a free Account dont know why it has been deactivated i was logged in last week???

A Friend of mine said that upgrading is no option to get this free Account back because elitefitness made an update and all datas are lost.

Can someone help me? Is it true? I would upgrade to get the adresses back THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!!!

i thought the elitefitness.com email was available only to plat? i bet u havent logged in for over 2 weeks and it was automatically deactivated.
