Activan and Ambien dosage question.

I was wondering what is the proper dosage for these two? I can get Activan-2mg and Ambien-10mg. Thanks!

This is so i can relax on the weekends since i do not drink.

I assume you meant ativan, first remember these two medications are addictive and you will fail a drug test for benzodiazapines. 2nd it depends on your weight. I wouldnt recommend taking them both at once because they are both sedating. Try 1mg of the ativan first to see how it affects you. also the normal prescribed dose of ambien is 10mg 1/2 - 1 hr prior to going to sleep.

If you wanna get nice and toasty, take 3-5 mgs of ativan.
Ambien is for sleep, so it's not good for just chillin out.

2mg Ativan is plenty to kick back. Dont mix with alcohol
unless you want to wake up later naked, tied to a bed and with a tattoo where you'd never put it.
