Acne?

Just wondering if anyone had anything they would recommend using to prevent acne during cycle?(i.e stridex pads, face wash, vitamins, etc).Also how many of you have had breakouts? How bad? Where at? I know this is different in each individual but just trying to get a heads up.

if you get it severe, try accutane after your cycle. but that requires bloodwork to keep everything in check.

neutrogena's face line worked well for me. the face wash and wipes.

When I was juicing I got it on my back bad an chest an some even on my forearms crazy huh lol.But after my cycle ended all went away .THANK GOD

Acne is definitely common to cycles. I don't get any on my face, but my arms break out bad. Just comes with the territory.

Accutane 10mg works pretty well in the treatment of acne.
