Was searching around and wanted to ask one more question to the plats.

Having acne as teen without using roids. Its nothing bad or anything. Light acne. Maybe a small white-head or two a week.

SOme on shoulder/back as well.

Nothing bad only can notice if close up. Most of it is the little red dots left after and was wondering what would best to treat it and clear it up.

Vitamin b-5?
Some kind of gel.

tried proactive -sucked
retina-a helped some
the regimen - helped

Zac, B5 might be the cheapest, most effective remedy for you. I took 16g ED (yea, that's a lot!) during a PH cycle and it kept me clean. I would start at a minimum 8 grams ED. You should see results in 2-3 weeks. If you don't, kick it up another 4 grams daily. I used Vitamin Shoppe's 500mg caps pantothenic acid (fancy name for B5). At first I couldn't find it because it wasn't labeled as B5 When your acne fades, cut your dosage by 1/2 for a week. Then drop it to 2g daily.

It took me a month to see results; be patient with this stuff as everyone reacts differently. I downed 4 pills (2 grams) at a time because 32 pills per day would take forever at 1 a pop.

If you don't see anything after 2 months, it's not working for you. You would need accutane. I'll never do another cycle without B5.

So vitamin shoppe's b5 is most effective and best price wise?

Dont have one in any malls up here so i guess i should order online.

How many bottle would a month+ supply be?

Man i got body acne bad from juice try minocycline or dynocine your dermatoligists can prescribe it to you if that doesn't work then i started accutane a week ago already dried everything up but it can have some side affects so try the antibiotics first.

This routine made my skin crystal clear:

1. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser in shower
2. After shower, Non-comedogenic shaving cream, shave w/grain, stroke, stroke, rinse
3. Wash w/ Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash (2% Salicyclic Acid) after shaving
4. Towel Dry
5. Cover your face with Benzyl Peroxide (5%) Cream: Not around eyes or eyebrows
6. Cover your face with Cetaphil Moisturizing Facial Lotion, spf 15

Don't touch your face for the rest of the day, don't let your girlfriend or other girls touch it

Before you go to bed, repeat all steps except shaving and the facial lotion.

Lay in a tanning bed 2-3 times per week.

I read about this system two years ago, and have had no problems since. You have to be consistent, but definately worth it for the flawless complexion. Good luck!

I got acne on test once and tried everything to get rid of it and nothing worked, finally I tried acutane gel and it worked great. This has been a few years back but I got mine online.
