Acne?

Have had it for the past year or so and have not minded it much.

Its not bad or anything but Senior Year is here and i would like to be gone for pictures, prom and stuff.

I have tried some kind of medice and diff kind of creams for months (proactiv etc.)

Right now i shower once daly and use a mild soap (cetaphil)

Is there any kind of vitam or lotion that will get the red and lil dots away.

Hell its not even zits its just lil red dots no big whiteheads or anything.

ANy suggestions?

stay away from high amounts of protein. whenever i really increase my protein intake, i always fucking break out. every fucking time.

if its real bad then you can look into accutane...i took it like 3 years ago and i loved it...worked amazing...if u want any more info PM me.. gl bro

For very minor acne you don't want to go with anything harsh such as accutane and antis. Some simple things that may improve your condition:

1) Clean up your diet and eat healthy (more veggies for all the vitamins and minerals). If you drink alcohol reduce the amount you take in. If you smoke you probably want to quit that. Increase water intake.

2) Shower immediately after working out or other strenuous activity that cause you to sweat. Do not use harsh abrasive products too frequently such as scrubs, exfoliators, etc.

3) Clean your sheets and pillow case(s) often.

4) Tan to mask the acne and scars.

5) Mild (0.01%) to medium (0.025%) strength Retin-A if the above do not work.

Great advice....I work for a skincare company that sells a vitamin for skin which seems to help ....laser and microdermabrasions whould help, but expensive

Microdermabrasion didn't do shit for me....

neither did any of the other stuff... anything...

Get accutane... go through those rough 3 months and get it over with for life...

id reccomend retin A micro .1% ONLY USE IT every OTHER day (too harsh Every day)

also learn proper skin care at its best...thats a huge part imo with just minor break outs

THE BIGGEST TIP is never pick or pop zits...leads to scarrring and cause inflamation in that area and more will come out ..scar suck too...

if u are made loaded with cash go the laser route to fix the issue (expensive and only few places but i guess results are very good (80% on serve acne)

i have the .1 retin a stuff now and i washed my face last nite with water and just dapped some on all the spots and went to bed.

Am i doing it right?
Also any recomendations on a tanning acclerator for tanning that wont break you out and will give you a good tan?

use a small bit and rub it in all over your face.. it can cause a breakout of new zits for a few weeks but it is just forcing the bad stufff to the service...

dont use soaps when you wash your face..too harsh also use every other day ...it can take up 8 weeks to work bro so dont get to down..
as for facial tanners i can give u alot of advice but yes they can break u out and u need to have good expericance putting on a soild looking facial tanner...

basic skin i highly reecomend for someone with bad skin...

2 times a week use a mint mask for acne

wash face. apply wait 20 minutes. then wash off

as for daily skin care.
shave everyday (mach 3 razor ) go with the hair
before shaving use st ives
http://www.walgreens.com/store/prod...306&skuid=sku307514&navAction=jump&navCount=0

in shower use it(get face wet, aplly this and rub in gently for about 1 minute
let sit for a 1 minute on face
then rinse off

after that get out and shave with using gel that doesnt contail soap (make sure the water is hot as fuck) i shave in the shower)

after shaving use oil control lotion (mosterizer in this product too)
http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jhtml?id=prod578667&CATID=100306&navAction=push&navCount=1

all these are found in wallgreens and will do wonders...just give it some time and DONT PICK OR POP ZITS..

if u get a new zit to form. put an ice cube on it for 5 -7 minutes 3 times a day to help stop the swelling and the reddnness

as for looking your best at senior pics..they will photo shop out the redness etc... also a slight tan wont hurt ( i know rentin A and tanning shouldnt mix but 30-60 minutes a day of sun is good ) just use SPF 15
